Shift Leader Requirements:

• A passion for taking care of people, in addition to strong customer service skills
• Desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
• A great attitude and lots of energy
• Ensure all team members are properly trained by nurturing and developing them to their fullest potential
• Contribute daily to the Caffè Nero team
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee beverages
• Assemble handmade sandwiches and salads for daily service
• Bake fresh baked pastries and cookies
• Maximize top line sales and deliver on bottom line results
• Certainly, be the role model for upholding Caffè Nero coffee standards daily
• Help to build a great team and retain them
